So it was awesome to think that WoW could be able to WOTLK Gold do this instead of taking small incremental baby steps towards keeping its community going, but taking a really massive, bold leap into a completely different world. Did you ask, how has the expansion influenced your game? Every time we make an expansion, it’s similar to “Yeah there’s got to be one big World of Warcraft , got to be a new experience and must have crazy zones in it. There’s bound to be things that people didn’t expect within this.” And it came from Burning Crusade that started all of that.
Do you have stories from the development of the expansion that you would like to share that might surprise people?
Brian Birmingham: It was incredible to see that the staff could work. Although it was expanding rapidly. As I mentioned, I was one of the new hires then and was amazed at how fast we had to fill up and complete everything at a rapid pace. It was inspirational to be surrounded by incredible and talented people working with.
Through this game, we can look back and see how the team has grown today, obviously, supporting Modern and Classic, to see just how co-operative and great teamwork everyone has shown across the team, not only those dedicated to the development of WoW Classic, but the people on all of World of Warcraft who have been supportive and have contributed to making sure this has been an extremely successful release has been an amazing experience and one that I am very grateful for. It’s truly one of the most enjoyable teams around to work with. I could not imagine working with anyone else.
John Hight: This has been a enjoyable experience for us as well. One day we awoke and thought, “Oh my gosh, we’re helping two of the games.” Two big MMORPGs. And it’s been fun watching the team come together in support of the cause. Everyone’s engaged and we’re trying to figure out how to accomplish this, and also support both player communities and recognize that certain communities cross-over and there are people that play both sports. It has been a little bit of buy WOTLK Classic Gold a logistical challenge for us however I’m extremely proud of the team that has overcome.
